Display Ad Billing
Vision Display Ad Billing offers both Open Item and Balance Forward Accounting. Its graphical, relational database design provides maximum flexibility in rate structuring, revenue calculation and profit center maintenance. Completed ad manifests are output to a manifest or any of several page layout products. Accounts Receivable features include account information, tracking, aging, and collections along with sales forecasting and management tools with unparalleled reporting.
Classified Advertising
Vision Classified Advertising provides complete Ad Taking and billing capabilities from a single screen on each user station. The system provides for Ad Creation, including logos, photos, borders, etc., and even the most complex rating for multiple insertion selling and combination rating for up to 99 different publications. Daily ads are sorted with column headings and logos included and output to a printer, or to the Vision Pagination System, which places Classified Display ads and automatically “flows” classified line ads around them, creating finished pages
Total AP/GL Accounting System
Vision Accounting Systems: Payable/General Ledger is fully interfaced on an accrual basis and allows unrestricted distribution of vouchers to General Ledger expense categories as they are entered. The General Ledger has both multi-profit center and multi-company capabilities, with consolidation and elimination available at each level.
